application
Installation Location: Along the edges of all kinds of roads.
Installation Method:
Firstly, determine the installation position and drill a hole. The aperture should be 4mm larger than the diameter of the nail and the depth should exceed the length of the nail by 5mm. Clean the hole from accumulated dust, then insert and tamp the well-mixed glue into the hole. Apply epoxy resin glue to the bottom of the road stud, press firmly on both sides after placing it in the installation position to ensure a tight bond between the road stud and the road surface. After installing the road stud, remove excess glue around it using a trowel and clean the road surface thoroughly.
Precautions: Avoid touching the reflective sheet with hands, and prevent glue from adhering to the reflective sheet, which may affect its reflective effect. Do not install road studs on wet, damp, or oil-stained road surfaces, as they may easily come off. Remove the road cones after 4 hours of installation.
